Bespoke Harvest in Forrest Victoria uses fresh produce from our garden and surrounding farms to capture the taste and flavor of the Otways. Our menu features an intensely local ingredient profile showcasing the best of the Otways produce.  

Head Chef, Simon Stewart, believes that supporting locals creates a strong community. His origins in the Colac-Otway district inspired his vision for the restaurant.
