It happens this time every year. That time when you stop and reflect on the past 12 months. At Bespoke Harvest we are so lucky. Firstly we are lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world; with clean air, fresh water, and a supportive community.  Secondly, to share it with all the people who visit. Maybe it’s the good clean produce that makes us feel alive each day, or maybe it’s the people who grow it and share their story with us. Either way, it’s thanks to the talents of Chef Simon Stewart who brings it all together. His amazing energy and passion for his homegrown region and the fresh produce it provides him, makes Bespoke Harvest a unique food experience.

This year, we’d like to send a special Christmas thank you to all our food community – the people who make it possible to source 80% local ingredients. Thanks for your hard work. It’s a special part of the world we live in, and a pleasure to celebrate the bounty of our region. Without our suppliers, we couldn’t do what we do.
